Hosting on its own doesn't include backups. We'll always try to help if something goes wrong, but we can only guarantee a restore with Managed Protection.

Add Managed Protection (£11 a month per website) and we watch your site around the clock, check your files every hour, keep daily backups away from your hosting (30 kept), do any restore for you, apply security fixes and updates, and give you priority support. Buy it with your hosting and both are discounted, every renewal.

Is activation really instant?
Billing and invoicing are instant. Your storage and database setup are usually done within a few hours. Mailboxes are set up by hand and can take up to 24 hours — you'll get an email the moment each part is ready.
Can I move an existing site over?
Yes — tell us where it is hosted after checkout and we'll handle the move for you.
What happens if I need more mailboxes later?
Add them any time from your client area — they're billed pro-rata and activated the same way as your original order.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes, on hosting. If it's your first hosting order and you cancel within 30 days, we refund the hosting fee in full. After that, monthly plans have a 6-month minimum term. Website builds aren't covered: the build fee is non-refundable once we've started work. Domain registrations are never refundable.
